1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AI Explainer Videos ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

AI Explainer Videos is a software-as-a-service platform that enables users to create AI-generated explainer videos and interactive guides using customizable virtual characters. The Service includes video generation, script editing, character customization, and related tools.

3. Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to create an account and use the Service.

4. Credits and Billing

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when generating video content. Credits may be obtained through subscription plans (recurring billing) or one-time credit pack purchases.

• Subscription credits are delivered at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over to subsequent cycles unless otherwise stated.
• One-time credit packs do not expire and remain in your account until used.
• Credits are non-transferable between accounts.
• Editing operations such as trimming, cutting, and rearranging scenes do not consume credits. Only the generation of new AI video content requires credits.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Create deepfakes or misleading content that impersonates real individuals without their consent.
• Produce content that infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights.
• Distribute spam, malware, or any form of unauthorized advertising.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models or algorithms.
• Circumvent any technical limitations or access controls of the Service.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without written authorization.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, logos, and documentation, is owned by AI Explainer Videos and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

7. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the scripts, text, and other original content you provide to the Service ("Input Content"). You are granted a license to use the AI-generated video output ("Output Content") for any lawful commercial or personal purpose.

You represent and warrant that your Input Content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party and complies with these Terms and all applicable laws.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, and you are responsible for reviewing all output before use.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Explainer Videos and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any unused credits in your account at the time of termination are forfeited unless otherwise required by applicable law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AI Explainer Videos operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates when the latest changes were made. Material changes will be communicated via email or through a notice on the Service. Your continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
