We want you to be satisfied with AI Explainer Videos. This Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for our subscription plans and one-time credit purchases.
1. Subscription Plans
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. When you cancel:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- You retain access to any unused credits until the billing period ends.
- No further charges will be made after cancellation.
- Unused credits do not carry over after the billing period ends.
Refunds for Subscriptions
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, we may issue a refund at our discretion if:
- You were charged in error (e.g., duplicate billing).
- The Service experienced extended downtime that prevented you from using your credits.
- You request a refund within 48 hours of your first subscription payment and have not used any credits.
2. One-Time Credit Packs
One-time credit pack purchases are digital goods delivered instantly upon payment. Because credits are immediately available for use, these purchases are generally non-refundable.
Exceptions may apply in cases of accidental duplicate purchases or billing errors.
3. Failed or Unsatisfactory Generations
If a video generation fails due to a technical error on our end (not due to invalid input), the credits consumed by that generation will be automatically refunded to your account balance.
If you are unsatisfied with the quality of a generation, you may re-generate individual scenes at your discretion. We do not issue credit refunds for generations that completed successfully but did not meet subjective expectations.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us with the following information:
- Your account email address.
- The transaction or billing date in question.
- A brief description of the reason for the refund request.
We aim to respond to refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
